Liverpool, Real Madrid and Barcelona are all battling for the signature of Theo Hernandez, according to reports.

The Atletico Madrid left-back has impressed on loan at Alaves this season and his performances have not gone unnoticed.

Spanish publication Cadena Ser claim all three aforementioned clubs are keen on signing him this summer.

The report suggests Bayern Munich are also keeping tabs on him while Liverpool have made enquiries over his availability already.

Liverpool look to be in the driving seat and are understood to be willing to offer Hernandez three times the salary Real would be prepared to offer.

Jurgen Klopp is likely to be keen to bolster his defensive options in the summer with James Milner currently his first-choice left-back.

Hernandez, who is under contract with Atletico until 2021, has represented France at youth level.
